Hi, Tommy. We're very excited that we could get good tickets to the show at the Majestic on Sunday, Feb. 19th. You won't remember us but I play (poorly) rhythm guitar and my wife sings with the Trinity Episcopal folk group in Fort Worth. You played with us for a worship service at the Bluebonnet Cancer retreat. It was a great experience for us. I have that picture of us on my facebook page. I'll send an email to the "meet and greet" address as well. Thanks for all you do and for the music.

Hey Tommy, hope you're doing pretty good. I look at your web sight all the time[it's a good one!]. I sent you a CD after the CAAS show around September or so. You probally get a bunch of them. I just thought you might be interested in these original songs and thought I'd check with you[even though I know you are a very busy guy]. I'm also the same age as you[for what its worth]. Take care, David Westbury

Hey Tommy,

Just wanted to let you know that your music brightens up my darkest days; you and your music never fail to put a smile on my face.

Thank you.

I first came across your music in college. I studied Music with an emphasis in Jazz Guitar. In the fingerstyle genre, your name was in the top three. (Only because the curriculum suggested was listed in chronological order: Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, Tommy Emmanuel). I am sure at least three of your CD's have never left the comfort of my vehicle ever since. You never cease to inspire me to better my playing. At the same time, as I hear poetr flow from your fingers, I contemplate turning my guitar into firewood. I may never reach the skill level, creativity and craftsmanship you possess. But you have become the standard of musicianship I constantly search to attain. I will listen to your music as long as you make it, and I will practice my craft as long as you perfect yours. Chet said it best by giving you the distinguished title of CGP.

Just wanted to say THANK you for sharing your wonderful skills with the guitar. Your work is an inspiration. I've been playing guitar now for over 50 years (sometimes it doesn't sound like it!), and I currently work as a music therapist for a hospice company in Northwest Indiana. Your work is a reminder to me that I have much room to expand and grow. It seems that just about the time we think we have it perfected....something new comes along, a little different chord or note or technique. Keep up the wonderful work.
