Thank you for coming back to Rochester, NY!! We'd missed you terribly! We brought 2 Tommy "virgins" who were blown away! Great show! Keep coming back, we'll keep bringing new recruits. I was in San Francisco in February and, as luck would have it, so were you! So I saw you at The Palace of Fine Arts. (pure wonderful coincidence). We saw you in May in Toronto because it was the closest you'd come to Rochester in awhile. While I was watching you play this past Thursday night, I realized that this was the 3rd time I'd seen you this year and I thought to myself, "what a lucky girl I am!!" Thank you. I think you're amazing. Performance wise, wit wise, and spiritually as well. All in all, a pretty awesome package. Be well and travel safe. xo

Tommy,

I attended your perfromance at the Palace Theater last night in Syracuse, NY. I wanted to thank you for coming. It was truly a blessing. You played a new song called "Black Man?" I believe it was before the Navajo song. Could you send me the link to the CD for purchase. Thanks again. I am curious to know your faith persuasion? I also loved the extremely rich & full tone(s) of the new guitar.

Just returned from your Palace Theatre concert in Syracuse, NY...you were awesome. I took my 7-year old daughter, Isabelle, to see you. She 's learning how to play guitar. You are an inspiration. Thanks so much.

Dear Tommy,
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the show at the Calvin. Technical abilities aside [ ya, I'm a professional musician of more than 40 years too ], I was most impressed by your 'musicality.' and the emotions conveyed in your playing etc. Loved the conversation about the goal, the work in the middle, and the music. Truer words were never spoken. Let's face it, we do what we do for the end result, and getting there takes a lot of work. You are an amazing musician, with vast technical abilities, and as a player, I understand all the time you put in to reach the goal of 'music' that you share with your audiences. I'm a trumpet player and a guitarist, so I 'get it'. It's all about the music. Thank you for coming to the Calvin. Please, please come back to Western Ma. Again, thank you for sharing your life and talents with me, and world. Music is meant to be shared. May God bless you, yours, and your incredible musicianship. Thanks for sharing all of it with us.
Sincerely,
Brian

Hi Tommy,
My husband & I saw your show last night in Rochester, NY and all we can say is WOW !!!!! My husband is quite a guitar player himself but like he said in comparison to you he doesn't even do the guitar justice. You are the best guitar player we've ever seen; we were blown away. We came from out of town to see you and are hoping to come to another show before you leave the US. We got to the show just before it started and didn't get good seats, we ran into construction on the thruway so we couldn't see your fingers picking but we sure could hear your sound.
I loved the way you made your guitar sound like multiple instruments without a loop machine like so many of the musicians use today.
Did you study music or teach yourself? My husband taught himself and I bet you did too !!
We tried to get tickets to the Westcott theater in Syracuse, NY but they were sold out and wouldn't answer e-mails or phone calls. It makes me mad because at last nights show there were 6 great seats {2 in the second middle row empty all night saved and 4 on the left wing saved empty all night - we would have loved those seats.} I'm sure the same thing will happen tonight.
You are great ; forever fans Jim and Debbie Scala

I am incredibly psyched to be seeing Tommy for the third time, especially in such an intimate venue as Brown Auditorium in Louisiana. How blessed to share the same space with such talent and grace. Yay! Can't wait!

Thank you for your amazing performance last night in Rochester. I had only seen you briefly for a few minutes on WXXI and did not know what I was in for! I went in feeling rushed and harried and while I enjoyed Loren and Mark very much, I was still looking at my watch. And then you appeared. I love music and always have but I have never felt so immediately swept away as I was last night with you. You become the music; your body and soul feed the audience. I feel so grateful to have been in the presense of such genious. The fact that you are interested in and care so much about everything you encounter, makes you the most human human being I have encountered. Keep sharing yourself with the world and maybe there will be hope for mankind. You have a fan in me. Safe travels, Linda

Hi Tommy. We met after the Northampton show. I'm the guy who wrote "September Grass" for JT. I enjoyed talking with you, and wish I could have had more time. I would have asked you about the Shadows. That's Hank Marvin, isn't it? I absolutely love his work, but didn't know if he was an Aussie. I had a 45 of "Jeanie With The Light Brown Lamp" when I was a kid, and played it to death. Now I like to work on "Man of Mystery". I play it live, and people seem to love it.
Anyway, I felt like we could have talked about music for longer. I hope we get a chance to hang sometime. By the way, I saw a picture of my friend Jeff Pevar with you..small world.Best, John

Buon giorno Tommy,
my english is not good enough to express all my admiration for you both as person and as artist. I wish you to live forever, as your art will.
