My husband and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary hearing you play yesterday at the Mesa Arts Center. He chose concert tickets for a gift for me because he knows you are my favorite guitar player! We had the best time!!

Mr. Emmanuel, your music is uplifting food for the soul to everyone who hears it. Equally wonderful is the gracious spirit behind the music. I am enchanted by the character behind the musical stories that you coax from your beautiful instruments. I especially appreciated your kind words of encouragement to those of us who are struggling to learn to play the guitar. I have been trying to learn it for a little more than one year this time around. Sometimes it does sound like music, but most of the time it just sounds like scales :-).

Thank you, Sir, for making our anniversary so special. I feel truly blessed by my husband's choice of gifts. Please come back to the Phoenix area soon.

Sincerely,
Nancy L.

Attended your concert in AZ last night - it was fabulous. You are a wizard. Only issue for us was the over-amplification. Sorry to say we had to plug our ears during part of the concert.
That being said, we would certainly attend another concert if the opportunity presents itself.

Hi Tommy, I just got home from seeing you perform live for the first time at the Mesa Arts Center Ikeda Theatre in Mesa, AZ.
I will have to say that your performance tonight was truly awe-inspiring to say the least. In fact, I am almost speechless. Thank you for sharing your musical talents with all of us tonight!!! It was an honor to be in attendance.
I hope you will be able to come back to Mesa in the not too distant future. Best wishes to you on the rest of your tour!!!
Sincerely,

Patrick

Dear Tommy, can I ask you, may I do the COVERS OF YOUR SONGS & to play it on a festival? Not for money, just because I like them madly. It supposed to be some low about it, but I don’t know. Please, let me know somehow.& Thank you for your music!!!

Hi Tommy,

I want to thank you for coming back to Bend, Oregon again. I took a friend to your show here last year and made him an instant fan (he didn't know your music before).

I had planned to take my dad as a Father's Day gift but my wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer so luxuries like your show are on hold while she recovers from her mastectomy. In fact I'm writing you while she's in the operating room to help distract me.

I would love for you to return to our town again. I'll be early in line for tickets next time. That's the other reason I'm writing: to encourage you to continue making Bend a regular stop. The entire audience was blown-away, as I'm sure they will be next week. I hope to see a show of yours soon.

Thank you again,
Thom Pastor

Hey Mr. Emmanuel,

I am a young fingerstyle guitarist, 17 years old. Your music just moves me so much that I feel like I have to leave a message here whether you read it or not. When I first heard you, I think I was 15 years old. I considered you to be just another one of those amazing guitarists with good technique and sound. However, I went through a rough period in my life that I really had to fight hard through, and I found a sort of release as I played my guitar. Then I came across your music again! I never knew that so much emotion could be channeled through the guitar. It's the type of music that only comes through life experiences and sincerity. I didn't look at your techniques or chops, but I listened to the genuine music that your were putting out for your listeners to hear and was really moved by it. Now I have a dream of moving people through my own music, and I've been uploading videos on youtube in hopes of touching my own audience. I want to deliver real music for people to hear. Thank you for your inspiration, and you are one of a kind!

FYI for Tim Walker of Salt Lake City: Tommy is performing this Friday at the American Indian Services fundraiser at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi. All the proceeds go to fund scholarships for Native Americans. It was at this fundraiser three years ago that Tommy was inspired to write his song, "The Trail." Anyway, tickets are expensive, but it is for a great cause. Here's the link to AIS if you'd like to contact them about tickets (It may be sold out): http://www.americanindianservices.org/contactus.html
