Hi Tommy,

I'm playing Tip Toe Through the Bluegrass on this week's 'On Air Guitar'. It well expresses the spirit of what guitar playing is all about. Thanks for putting it
out there.

Best regards,

Sam

Hi Tommy,

I've been listening to this song by Rabbi Hanna Tiferet called Maybe off her Seeds of Wonder CD (on Itunes). I am such a fan of yours and I think you would love this song. May I be so bold as to say, I can imagine you ending your concert with this song. It's very special. Love, Keith

Dear TommyCGP:...cm...:) ...All went well with the Memorial Day presentation at the center. "V" sang beautifully. There were two major presentations, one with archival photos backed up with appropriate music and the other was recordings of our very own veterans telling of their military experiences. The center has made a place for this to happen. I do what I can to have the music be as good as I can get it. Have four gigs at the center in June. The support and love there are beyond compare. I continue to listen to your music am and pm, not while driving as I want to absorb as much of what there is in it and then share that spirit wherever it is meant to go. There is the conscious part and also the part that comes through that I am not aware of. It is there regardless. I send Best Wishes and Love to you for a Happy Birthday and many happy returns. Thank you. You are precious to me. + Blessings and Safe Travel + Love, A

Tommy,
We're doing a various artists/singers record of old parlor songs from the 1800s/early1900s. RIchard Thompson, Christine Collister, Graham Parker,
Tracy Nelson, Kimmie Rhodes, Peter Rowan are among the artists on the record.
We have a particular song that we thought you might be interested in singing on -
it's from 1839 and now called Long Time Ago (used to be Near the Lake Where Drooped the Willow). Sentimental, romantic, mature. Sample:

You could do the vocals anywhere. Record will be pushed in Feb.'13 to NPR-type media in the U.S. and Europe.
If interested, please get in touch with me at info@chandeliermusic.net

Gabe Rhodes, in Austin, is my musical partner and doing the musical production. Gabe has worked with Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Emmylou Harris, and, of course, his mom, Kimmie Rhodes.

Thanks!

Somehow I reached the age of 52 without having heard you play, but now I'm hooked. I've heard of people who can make a guitar sing. I've never before seen anyone make a guitar sing, dance, write poetry, and paint landscapes!

Hello Tommy,
Will you be in Europe about April 2013 ? I'm organising gig in the town of Gravelines (between Calais and Dunkerque) around 20th of April... I saw you many time in France and in Nashville (2009), I'm fan of you.
Last year, for the 1st gig edition (April of 22nd) we've invited Jerôme Malaval, Bruno Music then Shane ADKINS.
This year for the second edition (21st of April), we've invited Boris Dujmovic, François Sciortino and Frd Chapellier (a very good bluesman and guitar player).
I would like to boost the gig with your presence at the Gig, as we say in French as an American Vedette (even if your are Australian).
For the 1st part of the gig I think Brooks Robertson. Pierre Danielou tells me he will probably be in France at this time...
What do you think of that ?
My best regards
Christian DUMONTIER

P.S. Please Tommy, tells nothing to Brooks, he has not been contacted yet by Pierre DANIELOU...

Would tommy like a cd copy of some people who play guitar like a lot of people don't? The lp is nearly impossible to find, and it was never made into a cd. This copy is a personal lp to cd transfer. Just send me an addres and it is on its way.
