Thanks Tommy for taking the time to meet Maya and I at your Regina concert. Great concert and a wonderful birthday for a 9 year old little girl. She was getting pretty tired near the end of the show but she pushed herself to be able to listen.

Cheers,
Thomas & Maya

Dearest Tommy,

You need to practice a lot more. You could be really good one day.
I don't see the "I want it badly" attitude yet, but you know what?
Don't give up, one day you will actually be able to play that darn
thing. I know it's a very difficult task to practice, but you've just
got to do it. I think there is talent there, but man, you need pratice.

I can give you lessons via internet one day if you like, then you should be good to go, on the guitar....your Pal

Mark...=)

There, now get to work.....

Ps. Just kidding, how good are you? The best I have ever heard period. Been playing and surfing for 50 years now, I am 60. My only regret in life is that we did not grow up together, so that I could have played music with you, maybe one day God will arrange that. Good on ya mate.

Hi Tommy,
I've just came back from The Palais Montcalm, in Québec City. Thank you so much for your show! Always a great pleasure and a privilege to see you live on stage.
Hope you will come back in Québec!

We're looking forward to seeing you on May 28th in Montréal.
When I invited my dad to come with us he said that he didn't know much about your music, but when I told him that you would probably play a couple of Chet Atkins songs and I showed him videos on Youtube, he said yes right away.
I'm 58 years old and I grew up listening to my dad's music and that included
Chet Atkins albums. When I hear you play, it brings back of lot of great memories.

See you wednesday night.

BEST $80 I EVER EVER EVER SPENT!!!!

Like watching Picasso paint live....a guitar masterpiece! I had to go home and wash my chin cause it was on the floor all night!

Just saw your show at the WECC in Winnipeg. Blew my mind! Even my wife was blown away and that's saying something! She was reluctant to go because 'its all just a guy playing guitar' and she's not a nut about that like me. She LOVED your show. Well, who the hell wouldn't? THANK YOU for sharing your brilliance and showmanship. Wish I had know about the Meet & Great! Can't wait for your next visit.

Dear TommyCGP: Thank you for sharing your gift. Beautiful, soulful, creative, warm, inspiring. Your gift is unique. You continue to grow it and share it with us and you have touched me like no other person, musician or not. Back at your first concert at San Diego-Balboa Theatre-meeting you at meet and greet, I knew from your response when we met that you had received my letter through Cindy Bowers and that you remembered my name. Several days before that concert I struggled with what my first words to you would be: maybe, Hello, Mr. Emmanuel. May I call you Tommy? ... and the struggle continued until we were face to face that night. You met me with warmth and care and made precious moments for both of us that remain so dear to me. I commented about there not being enough roses, enough roses to lay at your feet, one for every touch on a guitar string. There are not enough now as well :-) ... now typing through my tears ... Have had chance to enjoy eight of your concerts - all complete joy. Please accept my best wishes for your birthday and many happy returns. + Blessings and Love + A

Saw Tommy's show last night in Winnipeg Canada.....Sorry I missed the meet and greet opportunity on his web site. I was aware he was coming here back in Oct/Nov '13 when his tour in Canada was announce and a email was sent to me. I was considering flying to Victoria to c him there with a friend of mine then I saw he was coming here.....I was one of the first ones to get tickets for myself and 3 others long before they were sold out. I was quite disappointed not to get an autograph on Tommy's solo guitar style music book which I bought some time ago. I guess I was too optimistic to think he would be available for autographs after the show understanding his busy schedule. he said he was coming back next year (May 2015) Maybe if I'm still around I might get to meet great him then. I of course would plan to attend again. He was outstanding as I expected him to be. Regards Rick

Hi Tommy,
I am a guitar player of 51+ years. I have always been a flatpicker though. For the life of me I can't make my fingers work as a finger picker. I absolutely adore your talent and style as most do.
I have written a couple of songs with your style in mind. I used chords that you would have used, in a style a close as possible to something you would have written. As I said already I can't make my fingers work as a finger picker.
I would love to hear you record these two songs of mine in your own special style. I'm sure you will love them. Sunday Morning and Valerina.
Take a listen and let me know if you'd be interested in recording them. We can work out the details later.

Thanks

Hi Tommy. I saw you perform last night in Winnipeg and I absolutely loved your show. Your stories and the education you offered to all in attendance made it truly special. One song in particular, I believe it was titled "The Trails" blew me away. It was if I was on those perilous journeys with those noble people. Very emotional. Thank you! See you next May!
