Tommy,
I am 60 year old musician myself (drummer) and my brother who is 67 has been a fine, self taught guitarist since he was a teenager. I would love to take him to see you in concert in Vancouver, BC Canada but I fear that neither of us will live long enough to ever see you in that world class city. What gives with that anyway? You tour all across the great excited states every year but you rarely play in Canada and have never played in Vancouver. Will that ever happen???

Dear Mr. Emmanuel,
I'm embarassed to admit that after living all these years (old broad) I heard you
today for the first time. For the First Time is the song I heard and was so moved.
You are indeed a gift.

Hello Tommy, just saw your latest version of Classical Gas, you never cease to amaze me, with a couple of new lines and chord patterns. All the versions i've seen you do that has to be the most difficult but also the most fun, you always bring a smile to my face, thanks Tommy.

Dear Tommy,
My husband and I are both very big fans of your music. We saw you perform with Frank and Vinnie last year in Adelaide. I was just wondering if you have any plans of performing in Australia again this year? You have been a great inspiration to my husband and his guitar playing. We would love to see you perform again soon.
Kind Regards,
Dani Clayton

Tommy,
My name is Paul Richard. I am from the Baton Rouge La USA. I too have spent a life time being 60y/o this year playing the guitar. I too love entertaining with is and studying new tricks, licks, to put into my show like you do. I recently lost an old friend of mine name Kenny Gill. For 50 years he and I exchange guitar licks etc.
I am sure you two knew each other. He and Chet were friends. Please come by and say hey and let me know when you will be in this part of the world again. The net is giving us a chance to exchange licks and tricks. Have a safe and great New Year and keep the guitar smoking.

Hi Tommy, I'm 61 and have played finger style guitar since my teens. I am in absolute awe of your technique, talent and emotion that you embody in all that you play. You are no doubt the greatest all round guitarist on the planet. Attending one of your concerts is on my bucket list. The fact that I live in RSA makes it extremely difficult to see you live as it would entail travelling to USA or UK or Oz to do so. Travel cost together with the cost of accommodation abroad in fact makes it beyond my means as a pensioner. The possible solution is for you to do a tour of RSA. There are a significant number of finger style guitarists here and shows in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg may well be viable for you to consider. Please give this some thought. Nic from sunny St Lucia Estuary KZN

Tommy,
When you come to Pensacola next month, I would love to take you and a few of your entourage on a harbor tour. I'm a fishing boat captain who loves to hear Borsolina, and favorite, Angelina. I have a very safe 42 foot boat thats certified for 22 people. I don't want any consideration, I'd just like to repay the guitarist who's brought me so much listening pleasure, some small token of my appreciation.
My email is gulf_rider@hotmail.com and my cellular# is 850 255 0245.
I'll bring some snacks and beer if you can make it... but I'm definitly coming to your show at Pensacola State College. My Pop took me to see Chet 35 years ago and Im not lettin my kids miss your show!!!!
Thanks
Jim
