Hello, My name is Amanda and I am from Australia. My dad is probably by far one of Tommy Emmanuel's biggest fans. I wake up almost every morning to him blasting his music. My family has been having an extremely rough time lately and it has been taking a toll on my dad. For Christmas this year I want to get him something so special that it is absolutely priceless to him. I was wondering if there is any way I would be able to get Tommy to handwrite my dad a small message along with an autograph? My dad deserves so much right now and I can't begin to imagine how much happiness this would bring him Thankyou so much for your time and I can't wait to hear back from you Regards Amanda
FROM ADMIN: Amanada, I've sent you an email requesting your address.

Before tonight meeting you and seeing you live, I tought fingerpicking is a style of playing. How wrong was I. Your playing is not a style, it is the class. Also I took on board your suggestion about tilted headstock on my guitars and if you promise to come back to Canberra within next year or so I promise you that you will be presented with one. What else I learned tonight? A bit about Chet in pijamas, a bit about heavy metal drumming (and singing if I may add) but most of all that you are one humble fine gentleman that was an absolute pleasure to meet and see perform live. Once again thank you for being you. Davor

When meeting you afterwards we were all lost for words. However, I take this opportunity to say that while I have been listening to your music and seeing you via various media for 24 years, it was fantastic to finally see you in person.
I observed your humility and passion for music and life, and your willingness to share it with us all (not just because we bought a ticket).
So while the world wants to play like you, I hope they also want to be like you, because that is how one person changes the world, not so much like the Schindler’s list kind of way, but sharing our passion for life through the talents we possess. We hope you come by Albury again soon.

Saw you in Albury last night, I'm on some sort of post show honeymoon! Incredible. I can't thank you enough for coming to play. You said at some point during the first set that music makes people happy, well, for me that was an understatement, it sent me in tears a few times I was that delighted! My girlfriend thought I must've had a blood nose or something... that was a little awkward to explain!
I won't begin mentioning the highlights, other than your guitar drumming. Ever since I was in primary school I've loved that sort of thing. I often start tapping things wherever I am to hear the sound and tap some beats, so to hear your drumming mixed in was just icing on a very delicious cake.
Simply amazing! Please come back so I can bring my parents next time!

Saw your show in Albury last night, absolutely blew me away. I first saw your play on the Determination tour, and last you play on the Terra Firma tour. Last night was a trip down memory lane. As a member of the Defence Forces I have moved around alot and seen you play in several different places, always making the evening a memorable one.
What impressed me the most was the time you made to speak to all your fans after the show and the encouragement you offered to all the kids, you could see the joy on their faces.
As always the playing was incredible, but the energy and human touch is what sets you apart from the Aussie Idol-type robots that are the de-rigeur these days.
All the best, from one very grateful and long-term fan!
